The most important changes at a glance
Frozen Subscription Rate
We understand that security is important. That’s why the rate you pay when you subscribe remains unchanged for as long as you remain a member. No more worries about annual price increases-your rate remains the same, even if prices are adjusted in the meanwhile.
Up- and Downgrading
Do you have an active direct debit subscription? Then you can easily upgrade or downgrade at any time. For example, do you want to switch from a bouldering subscription to a climbing and bouldering subscription? No problem! You pay the rate that applied in the year your original subscription started. You can arrange these changes yourself via our website, or at the counter at one of our gyms.
Pausing
We understand that there are times when you can’t climb or boulder for a while. Therefore, we offer you the option to pause your subscription once per calendar year, for a maximum of one calendar month. The break runs from the first day of the month to the first day of the following month. Please note that you need to request the break at least one month in advance. You can easily arrange this yourself via our website, or at the counter of one of our gyms.
